Cannibalizing the visual flotsam and jetsam of our society, welding into an emotionally engaging and humorous whole, Oil City Confidential sets out to explore this unique time, place and social landscape - all of which was responsible for shaping the identity of the band and which, more than any other, defined the strange cultural vacuum which existed before the coming of punk rock. Feelgood" bands. I was looking for the other one, not the group that "Almost Simon" has displayed above. Please, let me explain, I was looking high and Ninety-Nine And A Half (Just Wont Do) - Dr.

Feelgood - Adventures At The BBC - 1977 Onwards for a song for a female friend of mine, who was originally from Detroit.

Feelgood and The Interns Of Love". I have since Ninety-Nine And A Half (Just Wont Do) - Dr. Feelgood - Adventures At The BBC - 1977 Onwards that original version, but NOT before looking through nearly every one of the albums, displayed above by "Almost Simon" and realizing that there are actually two different bands, with the SAME name! I have every album from the Lee Brilleaux eratho' I don't think they should have carried on after he died. I saw them around ten years ago when Pete Gage was the singeralthough he claimed he'd never seen Brilleaux [who made no secret of his admiration of Howlin Wolf] he'd got his act off to a 't' - they were good but for me something didn't seem the sameespecially as the original other three members are still alive.

Looking forward to the movie tho. Toby LatimerJan 7, My sister used La Elegida - Offensor - Manifiesto Herético hang out with Gypie Por Reprocharle - Frank T - Sonrían Por Favor for a whilejust before his Feelgood years [never got any tickets tho' once he joined!

Location: London, UK. JohnSJan 7, Location: Austria. A great and underestimated band. Stupidity is one of my favourite live albums. I prefer the Wilko Johnson years. My impression is that Johnson's guitar style was a major influence an punk and even more post punk bands. FranzDJan 7, Location: West Coast now, East Coast before. Location: Dublin, Ireland.

Saw them live a couple of times around 77' in UCD, Dublin. Fantastic live band and Wilko was the man for sure. I picked up a 3 cd set a while ago and all the hits are on there and they sound good.

Sneakin' Suspicion was one of my favourite punk songs. BeechJan 7, The crowd was rather rude to them, practically throwing them off the stage. Can't remember if they were any good. Location: Springwater, New York, U. I really love them, but for me the period that really does it is the "Wilko" era Location: Horse Shoe, NC. Location: Toronto, Canada.

Blue Piano - Che & Ray - Boogie Party at that list I am proud to find that I have all the U. Do I need the singles comp? Paul KJan 7, It's cheap too. I think both CDs have one or 2 otherwise-unissued songs. Location: Chesterville, Ontario, Canada. Always loved The Big Figure on drums! TwangyJan 7, Almost SimonJan 8, Location: Butler, PA.
